MONTHLY 1:1 COACHING MEMBERSHIPS
What if I need to cancel a session?
If you need to cancel a session for any reason, you have the month to reschedule. Virtual sessions are always available should you be out of town or need to be at home for any reason.
What if I am unable to reschedule my sessions due to personal conflicts?
You may rollover the following sessions based on your monthly commitment:
1 per week- one (1) session
2 per week- two (2) sessions
3 per week- three (3) sessions
Additional unused sessions will be lost. To avoid losing these sessions, you can choose to gift the sessions to a friend or family member (whom you may ask for reimbursement at your discretion).
What about the holidays?
Package pricing for November and December will be modified to account for the holidays.
What happens if I have travel plans?
If you know that you will be away for travel (or any reason for that matter) and unable to make up your sessions, you are welcome to cancel for that month, with the understanding that you are releasing your time slot which may be unavailable upon your return.
What if YOU need to cancel or are traveling?
If sessions are unable to be conducted as usual because of my own illness, conflict or travel, I will first do my best to accommodate reschedules that work best for you. In the event, that cannot be worked out, you will be given the option to A) roll over those unused sessions or, B) receive a credit to your account.
Can I “pause” my sessions without losing my time slot?
If you wish to pause your sessions and have your time available upon your anticipated return, you can do so for 50% of your monthly package price.
How to I cancel my monthly package?
For cancellations, I require that you provide 3 weeks written notice so that I can allow those waitlisted individuals to plan ahead and be prepared to start. Please send cancellation requests to sara@saraberger.care
I do not necessarily need a weekly session, can I still schedule?
Each week I will release last minute openings due to any cancellations that may have happened. Last minute openings can be individually booked for $125/session (paid by Credit Card) or $120/session (paid by Venmo).
